| dc.description.abstract | The article deals with the problem of legal nature of the donation contract with the duty o f the donee in favor of a third party in the civil legislation of Ukraine. On the basis of civil law and legal literature the specifics of such contract is revealed, as well as its correlation with other related contracts.
