| dc.description.abstract | The role of the nobility in the making of local parliament resolutions changed with its diminishing impact on the affairs of the state. The analysis of the process of developing the law leads to the conclusion that the circle of people participating in it narrowed down, with an increasing influence of leaders of political factions. This took place at the stage of submitting drafts, preparation of the final version of the resolution of the local parliament, the voting, and the recording of laws. Made during the session of the Great Sejm, attempts at amending this situation - detrimental for the state - came too late and did not manage to save the declining Commonwealth. | pl |
| dc.description.abstract | Die Rolle des Adels in der Errichtung der Landtagbeschlüsse unterlag gewissen Veränderungen, parallel zum schrumpfenden Einfluss des Adels auf den Verlauf der Staatspolitik. Die Analyse der Errichtungsprozesse der sog. Lauda erlaubt die Feststellung, dass der Kreis der daran beteiligten Personen immer enger wurde, bei gleichzeitig wachsender Rolle der Anführer einzelner politischen Fraktionen. Diese Tendenz ist sowohl auf der Etappe der Anmeldung der Entwürfe, der Vorbereitung endgültiger Version des Landtagsbeschlusses, als auch bei der Abstimmung zu beobachten. Die zur Sanierung dieser für den Staat ungünstigen Situation während des Vierjährigen Sejms unternommenen Versuche kamen zu spät und konnten die stürzende Erste Republik nicht mehr retten. | pl |
