Abstract
Celem artykułu jest przedstawienie problemów dotyczących wykonywania obowiązków
pracowniczych w formie hybrydowej oraz zdalnej, wprowadzonej na gruncie
panującej obecnie pandemii Covid-19, a także omówienie koncepcji nowelizacji
przepisów prawa pracy. The aim of the article is to present problems related to the performance of from work
duties in a hybrid and remote form, introduced on the basis of the current the Covid-
19 pandemic, as well as discussing the concept amending the law.
