Polityka współpracy rozwojowej Unii Europejskiej w dobie kryzysu zadłużenia strefy euro

Abstract

This article is an attempt to show the factors which influence present policy of European Union developing cooperation and the prospects of reinforcing the coordination of actions of the individual membership countries on community level. The analysis include main phenomenon which determine European discourse about development in comparison with global financial crisis. Moreover, stages of the creation of cooperation of European policy for the development, and priorities and concepts defining the boundaries of the policy from creation of the first communities till the beginning of the second decade of 21th century were outlined. The author analyses challenge of the activities of European Union for development through the prism of the dilemmas of relativization of their aims in the context of policy of security and interests of membership countries. The analysis also include: growing role of G20 as a forum of coordination of world economy, and of cooperation for its development and an increase of its effectiveness in a debate about new Financial Prospect for 2014–2020.
