Rejestr Należności Publicznoprawnych

Abstract

Z początkiem 2018 r. w Polsce wprowadzona zostanie dodatkowa lista dłużników – Rejestr Należności Publicznoprawnych. Ma on być instytucją publiczną i całkowicie darmową, prowadzoną przez szefa Krajowej Administracji Skarbowej. W Rejestrze mają być ujawniani zobowiązani niewykonujący obowiązku zapłaty należności pieniężnych podlegających egzekucji administracyjnej, których wierzycielami są naczelnicy urzędów skarbowych lub jednostki samorządu terytorialnego. Głównym celem Rejestru jest usprawnienie ściągania zobowiązań, zarówno od osób fizycznych, jak i prawnych.

At the beginning of 2018 in Poland the additional list of debtors is to come into force – Th e Register of Public Liabilities. The new Register carried on by the Head of the National Fiscal Administration is supposed to be the public institution and it is declared to be free of charge. The Register is thought to reveal the obligated who do not execute the obligation of payment which is under the administrative execution. The creditors of the mentioned obligated are the Heads of the Tax Offi ces and regional or local authorities. The main aim of the Register is to improve exacting receivables from natural persons as well as from legal persons.
