Prawo do informacji o własnych prawach w postępowaniu karnym jako jeden z wymiarów edukacji praw człowieka

Abstract

The authors focus on the issues concerning the human rights education, in particular concerning the rights of the parties in the criminal proceedings. It involves also the questions of the obligations and the manner in which the suspects are presented with the letter of rights. These aspects are shown also from the European law perspective. It indicates the shortcomings in the legal education in the above mentioned area.

W artykule poruszone zostały zagadnienia związane z edukacją w zakresie praw obowiązujących w postępowaniu karnym, jako jednym z aspektów edukacji o prawach człowieka. Omówione zostały kwestie dotyczące obowiązku i sposobu informowania podejrzanych i oskarżonych o ich prawach, z naciskiem na regulacje europejskie mające za przedmiot wskazaną problematykę. Publikacja ukazuje braki w edukacji prawniczej w tym zakresie.
