Abstract
"New imaging techniques have given us a great opportunity to recognise the
processes that take place in the human brain, and the interest of forensic sciences
in this area of knowledge should come as no surprise. Th e key is to understand

a broader perspective – can lead to the development of a technique allowing
error-free detection of deception."(...)
