Abstract

The article concerns an extremally important issue of sociaties ageing and the necessity of activating seniors that stems from it. The author has presented the benefi cial eff ect of seniors activeness for themselves and for the whole society as well. This publication shows the off er and various forms of activity that Universities of The Third Age provide for seniors in Poland. The author has also presented the values and advantages of senelity to young generations.
