Abstract
Artykuł porusza problematykę wykładni art. 57 Prawa energetycznego regulującego
kwestię dochodzenia należności z tytułu nielegalnego poboru energii z uwzględnieniem
orzeczeń Trybunału Konstytucyjnego oraz Sądu Najwyższego. The article raises the issue of the interpretation of Article. 57 Energy Law governing the
investigation receivables illegal consumption of energy taking into account decisions of
the Constitutional Court and the Supreme Court.
