dc.description.abstractStwardnienie rozsiane (SR) jest najczęstszą chorobą ośrodkowego układu nerwowego występującą u ludzi młodych. Etiologia choroby jak dotąd nie została poznana, toteż nie ma leczenia przyczynowo skutkowego. Jedną z metod leczenia jest leczenie immunomodulacyjne, którego celem jest modyfikacja przebiegu choroby, poprzez zmniejszenie liczby rzutów oraz zmniejszenie negatywnych objawów choroby, uciążliwych dla pacjentów w codziennym życiu. W niniejszym opracowaniu analizie poddano aktualne możliwości leczenia immunomodulacyjnego u chorych z pewnym klinicznie stwardnieniem rozsianym.pl

The etiology of the disease has not been known so far, so there is no cause and effect treatment.
