Recently, gender relation on a labour market is a widely discussed problem. In my work I focused on a few elements connected with gender relations on the labour market. I investigated the issue of women’s discrimination from a perspective of women who decided to enter into self-employment. I discussed push and pull factors that decided why women wanted to become self-employed, barriers they need to faced, benefi ts connected with being self-employed and relations between entrepreneurs.
