Modernizacja metod operacyjnych przy użyciu nowoczesnych technologii jest faktem. Powoduje to wiele zmian w organizacji pracy i potrzebę nabycia nowych kompetencji przez personel lekarski, pielęgniarski, a także pomocniczy. Wprowadzenie innowacji technologicznych do systemu opieki zdrowotnej stworzyło nowe wyzwania dla zespołów chirurgicznych wielu specjalności. Ciągła ewolucja systemu i coraz szersze jego zastosowanie w codziennej praktyce wymaga nie tylko wstępnego szkolenia, ale także systematycznego uaktualniania wiedzy. Znajomość systemu da Vinci, tworzenie i przestrzeganie protokołów postępowania, okołooperacyjna, holistyczna opieka pielęgniarska nad pacjentem oraz efektywna współpraca zespołu są niezbędnymi elementami prowadzącymi do sukcesu.Minimally invasive surgery, including robot-assisted surgery (such as the “da Vinci“ system), is currently performed in many hospitals throughout the world. The modernization of surgical methods using modern technologies is a fact. Such modernization has caused many changes in the organization of work and the need to acquire new medical, nursing, and auxiliary personnel competencies. The introduction of technological innovations into the healthcare system has created new challenges for surgical teams in many specialisms. The constant evolution of the system and its increasing use in everyday practice require not only initial training but also the systematic renewal of knowledge. Knowledge of the “da Vinci” system, creation and adherence to guidelines, perioperative, holistic patient nursing care and effective cooperation of the entire team ensure a positive outcome.
