The study involved 152 students of the second year of the International Economics and Humanities University named after Stepan Demyanchuk. Students were divided into a control (n = 76) and primary (n = 76) groups, which were similar in age and physical development. At the end of the study, through the application of the proposed technique improvement in students the core group, was able to restore the function of the respiratory and cardiovascular systems to the possibilities of healthy untrained people.
