Different forms of activities conducted in that institutions have the impact on a versatile development of a personality of the young, and it goes with education to values. The institutions prepare children and the youth to live in a society (buliding up one’s proper social attitudes, abilities to take up a group and individual decisions, cooperation in a group). The institutions teach the openess to the other man (breaking up barriers and stereotypes, openess to multiple cultures and diversities of human’s behaviours and attitudes). They prepare to an active participation in culture (an aware receiver and a creater of culture). A teacher plays an important role in education to values – instructor (cultural educationist).
