Konstrukcja matki, która „wychowuje sama” w niemieckim ustawodawstwie

Abstract

A mother who raises on her own is not a family life phenomenon, which is not limited to the present time only and is not a product of welfare state as well. Against this background the author analyzes four German statute texts referring to various life situations of mothers raising their children on their own. The article also attempts to answer whether the status of a single mother is constituted by legal norms.
