Abstrakt
The article concentrates on psychological violence against cohabitees in intimate
relationships; the author does not ignore such important issues as defi nition of
violence, its reasons and effects; she also mentions the results of studies concerning the
subject of violence in families, against the background of which she analyzes her own
study results.
